Question 1

Do I need to be in shape or have experience before starting?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Most of our members started with zero gym experience or hadn't trained in years. Every session is scaled to your current ability level — our coaches meet you exactly where you are and build from there.

Question 2

What happens at my first visit?

Accepted Answer

You'll sit down with a coach for a new member consultation. We'll talk about your goals, your history, and what you're looking for. Then we'll map out a plan and get you into the right class. No sales pitch — just an honest conversation.

Question 3

What should I wear and bring?

Accepted Answer

Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes with flat soles if you have them. Bring a water bottle. We provide all the equipment — just show up ready to move.

Question 4

Is this good for weight loss and getting in shape?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Our combination of strength training, conditioning, and mobility work is one of the most effective approaches for losing body fat, building lean muscle, and improving how you feel every day. And because our classes are small, your coach keeps you on track.

Question 5

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

We have several membership options depending on your goals and schedule. Click the Pricing button in the menu to request our current rates — we'll send you everything you need to make an informed decision.

Question 6

Where are you located and is there parking?

Accepted Answer

We're located at 8474 East Speedway Boulevard on Tucson's east side, near the Tanque Verde Valley. There's free parking available right in front of the gym.

Question 7

Are the classes really limited to six people?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every small-group class is capped at six participants. This is intentional. It means your coach can watch your form, give you real feedback, and adjust the workout to your needs. You're never just another face in the crowd.
